The WAR is coming to Planet NUBA.  NOG is stranded in Da Jects of New Afrika. 
 Not only does he team up to form the Heroes of the Black Age, but he enlists the services of Malcolm-10 and Sustah-Girl as allies in this intergalactic war of wars.
